The remaining 10% does deal with mentions of Yoongi's abusive past + the event that resulted in him being in wolf form for over a year. None of that is pretty BUT it's also not graphically on-page. The story does tackle Yoongi's trama and PTSD in a way that isn't OTT, imo. The tags are pretty clear on the 10%.
