Back on to the usual from me so, surprise surprise, all MDZS/Untamed (although all accidentally modern AU) recs today:

Summary Snippet: Eighteen-year-old Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian go on a night-hunt for a time-travelling ghost and find themselves thirteen years in the future, married with a son. (really fascinating modern cultivation AU with a twist)

Series Description: A little modern Wangxian AU in which everything is cute and nothing remotely bad happens to anyone at all, ever. (utterly adorable cat-stuck-in-a-tree meet cute)

Facts and Feelings, or: Inquiry Season 1 by el_em_en_oh_pee (7.5k)
Inquiry was taking the country by storm. People were fascinated by the true crime podcast: its approach to the Yiling Incident; the way it incorporated folklore and myth into its structure; the questions it raised. Wei Ying was more alarmed than fascinated, and he had some questions of his own: Who was Hanguang-jun? Why was Hanguang-jun covering an incident that had been laid to rest for over six years? And would Hanguang-jun identify him as central to the entire thing? (absolutely fascinating and unusual style and a good overall modern cultivation AU)
