Other than the fics posted in the past couple of years, most Push fics I could find out there are in my database somewhere. This list has a good chunk of those.

As always with my db-generated lists, ratings are all converted to a single system for convenience:
Fanfiction.net - G through R
AO3 - PG through X (though the occasional child-friendly fic I mark G)
anything without a rating (AO3 or other site) - Unrated

EDIT: With some help from a very SQL-knowledgeable friend (and a LOT of tinkering on my own), I've managed to pull the list of all the ships I thought were major. If there are any minor/background ships you want to avoid, please leave a comment and ask for a list to be made for you. (And no, I didn't necessarily follow AO3 in the order of characters in the ships. Probably should go back and change that at some point, lol.) Note that ships may refer to one-sided or unrequited ones as well as to requited.

As far as warnings go, there's a fair bit of Underage in the Nick/Cassie and Nick/Cassie/Kira stuff.

Hi, just to let you know, per our community guidelines we do ask that people list the ship when they rec things: When reccing, please include fandom, ships, and medium (fic, art, etc). . The exception is if the rec is a link to the poster's journal, and the ships are listed in that post instead (which is what I often do).

If you find that it takes too long to include all the ships for your recs, maybe consider breaking them up into multiple posts so it's more doable? Your posts might get more engagement that way, too!

The trouble is it's not really *possible* to generate a list that includes all the ships (ships are in a separate table, and there's a junction table that interfaces with fics so that a fic can be assigned multiple ships, and a ship can be assigned to multiple fics - a many-to-many relationship, which makes working with it in queries very, very tricky). I would have to go re-read every one of them to find that info.

Alternately, I can generate a list separately for each ship and one for gen, but without someone going "yes, I would like that", that's a lot of work to set up the queries and reports. (And it still would only list "here's all the fics that have this ship" and wouldn't say a THING about which OTHER ships might also be in that fic. Like, does someone want to know all the background/minor ships as well? Or do only major ones count?)

I think it's valuable to have lists of good fics in general (particularly for future fans who want to know what the good fics are), but where does one put those? No one's going to go to my personal DW to look for lists. I could link them from here, I guess, but I'm not sure anyone would go look, lol - and it would still have the same problem - can't list the ships automatically.

I suppose I can try to see if there's a way to get it to list all the major ships in the query, but oof, that's gonna be complicated. It was VERY difficult to get it to list multiple-authored fics in one line (normally they just appear twice - once under each author), and I was told specifically that that ONLY works when there are two authors max (three or more, it would cause problems). I had to have some serious help from SQL experts because that's nowhere close to beginning SQL level. I'll post on the forum again and ask, see if there's a way to do that, but I've no idea if there is.

Otherwise I might have to just give up posting any recs besides the one or two per week. I don't have that kind of time. :/

I'm afraid I can't follow all the technical details of what you're doing, but could you not just generate the list and then post them like five fics at a time, and click on the links and find the ships for those fics?

Not really:

a) I can't use the tags that the authors used because people don't always tag the ships appropriately. (This is particularly a problem with Fanfiction.net, which has very rudimentary ship tagging options.) I actually tag them in my database in order to identify them, and it works very well for including or excluding in queries (which is why it'd work very well if someone asked for a set of recs for a particular ship) but not to actually *list* them. Like, I could create a Push list that would be just Nick/Cassie, and it would return the list of fics that had Nick/Cassie as a major ship. But some of the fics might also start out with some heavy Nick/Kira and there'd be no way to note that. The query just returns the list of fics that match what I'm asking for (I generally have it pull fandom, author, title, word count, rating, and link). I can combine two fandoms or two authors into a single entry (so a fic by two authors doesn't appear separately under each author), but I was told that doing so with three is impossible, hence the challenge of trying to combine ships. There are at least a few fics in there with three or more ships tagged in the major…

b) Plus the question is, do only / ships count, or does one need to note all gen ships that are focused on? (And that still doesn't answer the question of whether minor/background ships need to be noted or not. I have an entirely separate set of tables that deal with those!) Requiring ships makes it very tricky to know what is required because those are a LOT more subjective.

c) My Internet is so bad right now that I often have to refresh a page up to a dozen times to get it to load. I'm actually prepping the posts in txt files and copy/pasting them because I don't trust them not to get lost in the attempt (and I'll be copying this comment to memory before I click Post Comment, just in case it goes poof! along the way). I'd have to look up each fic in my db and launch the offline copy I have (I save all of these to my hdd, so I have copies of every one to read offline), because I avoid using the 'net any more than I have to. Once I've got a fic saved offline, I don't go back online to re-read it.

d) It takes time to re-read fics, even just skimming for ships. I've already done that for these, but I did it long enough ago that I don't have it fresh in my head. Other than my weekly Leverage routine, I don't read fics with the thought of, "I'm going to make a recs post of these right away". That's one of the reasons I have the database - I can put them in there and find them later to rec, and I've already done the work of noting everything about them. It's just not easy to pull all of some categories of data back out at a particular time. (As I more or less stated above, it'd be far easier to create a query that excluded all Nick/Cassie, should someone be bothered by the idea of shipping them romantically, than it would be to *list* which fics have Nick/Cassie in them.)

Edit: But in case it helps, I went and marked the fics I know are Nick/Kira/Cassie or Kira/Cassie (those are few enough and I remembered those authors/titles straight off). The rest are either Nick/Cassie or Nick & Cassie, with far more of the former than the latter, but I honestly cannot remember which are which, and quite a few that end up Nick/Cassie *start* as Nick/Kira, which also complicates things.
