Kicking off Jimintober with a handful of Jimin-centric fanart recs! 🐥

* 🏍💗💥 by 5813_99 - Kitty Gang and his bike.


* Tailor of Chaos by Icrarchive - Striking b&w reimagining of Jimin's super-intense look for his folio. I love the dangerous vibe and how it mixes with a blatant sensuality that enhances the entire piece.


* 🖤🤍 JIMIN by majablanque - ANOTHER fanart based on the folio previews that have dropped (so far.) This time it's a good contrast between the white and black versions of Jimin's costumes.


* Saying goodbye to Summer and welcoming Autumn by macrebr - A quiet moment between Jimin and Jungkook in someone's bedroom. The casualness of the piece is v. cool too. (Throwing in an Content Warning for v. mild drawing of boobs in the background; it's a poster for a The Cramps show.)


* “How long have you been watching me sleep, hyung?” by pars_nivis - Such a delightful fanart! The golden tones of the morning sun, Jimin's naked and tattooed back, and the whimsy of cat-shifter!Yoongi all in one piece. :D!!!!

Reccer's Note: This fic is a series of snippets of how Crowley could have fit into the series if he had survived his canonical death. It is well done, all of the interactions felt plausible. I really liked Crowley and Jack's relationship in this one, and would have loved to read more.

Summary Snippet: In face of the abuse he has suffered at the hands of his family, Mo Xuanyu sacrifices his soul to summon a demonic cultivator to take revenge in his name. ...no, no that one. (Recently completed, well written and intriguing canon au that I haven't seen before.)

Summary: Lan Zhan's apartment has a ghost problem. His mugs are on the floor, his lamps have been knocked over, and he hasn't had a full night's sleep in weeks. Something must be done about this. Or: Wei Ying keeps astral-projecting by accident when he sleeps. (short but cute modern cultivation/modern-with-magic fic.)

Nirvana in Fire:
7 Days by protos_metazu_ison (22k)
Summary Snippet: While investigating bandit activity, Jingyan is rescued by the Jiangzuo Alliance. Their famous chief, Mei Changsu, insists on a meeting but refuses to show his face. (A fascinating AU where Nie Feng had survived the ambush and returned to the capital to tell them what happened which changed many events, although not Lin Shu's 'death', and eventually Prince Qi takes the throne.)
