All of these are fics I read in the past month and added to my fanfic database, which means they met a minimum personal standard for quality as well as personal tolerance for themes/content. Personal taste may vary, but most of these should appeal to any Matrix fan. The majority, unsurprisingly, are for The Matrix: Resurrections. All of them will soon be merged into my overall recs lists for The Matrix so they can be browsed several ways.
