National Children's Day & National Absurdity Day

So I thought it might be fun to post recs every so often based on the themed days that are supposedly "National ___ Day". I looked on National Day Calendar to see what was coming up soon, and lo and behold, November 20 is National Children's Day and National Absurdity Day! To me, that means recs involving child characters, and recs that are tagged crack or parody.
