Summary: Everything that is lost can be found again. Or how Bones died once or twice after an away mission gone wrong, the lengths to which people are willing to go to save him and what happened after.
Reccer's Note: An amazing McSprik fic. It's heart wrenching, full of angst, and McCoy focused. It features a badly hurt McCoy, and a realistic recovery, in other words, it is long and hard and people don't instantly get better, like they tend to do in the trek universe. It also has a fantastic friendship between McCoy and Chapel, like seriously some of the best Chapel I've ever read. Funny thing, I accidentally read this as TOS and it completely worked for me.

* Jin floral art by Uz_0218 - Although v. pretty, this is also one of those fanarts where, the longer you look at, the weirder it gets...


* Afternoon Naps by circadraws (Yoongi/Taehyung)- Nothing like a soft moment of downtime. I love how mellow this whole piece is.

* Emeralds on Pavement by timesuck2000 (Mature, Seokjin/Jungkook, 8.1k) - Jungkook's pining after Jin, Jin knows and is uncertain on how to reciprocate. I like the way Jungkook and Jin circle each other while both of them trying to handle their mutual attraction.


* sign me up by aileron (Rated Mature, Yoongi/Taehyung, 15.2k) - Non-Idol AU in which Yoongi accidentally eavesdrop on a convo between Jimin and Taehyung. This is a sweet fic in which Taehyung and Yoongi grow closer. Also, Yoongi's Deaf.


* The World's Strongest Team [Unlikely Alliance] by Junjuui_eonmeoni (Teen, Seokjin/Yoongi, Hobi/Taehyung, Jimin/RM, 8.1k) - A High School AU in which Yoongi and his political advisors (RM and Hobi) are R-E-A-D-Y to win the school elections. That is, until Jin, a new contender shows up. Suddenly, Yoongi is sending spies over to Jin's campaign HQs, romances blossom, and Yoongi doesn't really want to deal with his growing attraction to his so-called rival.

Although I tend to be meh abt High School AUs, this one won me over with its humor.
