EXCELLENT WRITING AND CHARACTERIZATION. Also fun and messy plot.

The author has added good tags but I gotta add one for past emotional infidelity (regarding one of characters from a secondary ship). FTR, infidelity of all kinds is something I feel v. squicked abt. THAT SAID, I felt the author handled it in a way that was honest without being too dramatic? Or making it sound enticing. I think I was able to move past it because that wasn't the central conflict or point in the story.



* love you snow much by caprikoya (Explicit, Seokjin/Yoongi, Non-Idol AU, 7.4k) - V. relaxing, funny, and hot fic abt that one time when Yoonjin went to some snow resort on vacay. One of the things I like the most abt reading established relationship fics is seeing the comfort and domestic vibes. This story has that with a heavy splash of some naughty times. >:D

I read this story when it was first posted and have revisited several times since. Because so much of the canon takes place "back in time" in the feudal era, it's sometimes easy (at least for me) to forget that when Kagome goes home, it's to late-90s Japan. Wellllll... this story does not forget! True to the spirit of her time, Kagome brings a teen magazine back to the feudal era with her and shares it with Sango, with an emphasis on the romance quiz it contains (and what that quiz might have to say about Sango's relationship with a certain monk), and shenanigans ensue. Cute, fluffy fun with a delightful dose of nostalgia. :D
