This works great if you only have one rec and don't want to make a whole post for it, or if you don't have a DW account, or if you're shy. ;)

This might be a limited-access rec on top of being a work in progress, since Twitter keeps going back and forth on what can be viewed without an account. But for anyone who's interested and can also see it:

The Pom Izzy Series by secretmuff (Our Flag Means Death, Ed Teach & Izzy Hands, Izzy Hands/Calico Jack Rackham, Stede Bonnet/Ed Teach, rated M/NSFW) is a collection of joyously silly comic strips following the adventures of Izzy Hands in a modern AU where he is Ed's beloved pet Pomeranian. Izzy lives with Ed and Stede, devoted to the former and jealously terrorizing the latter by barking at him and destroying his expensive shoes. A brief escape results in a litter of puppies with stray mutt Jack, with the puppies then being targeted for dognapping by Ed's former puppy mill/dogfight-running boss Hornigold. The series also includes a very funny and sweet browser game called Puppy Pursuit where Izzy has to race around Stede's mansion to retrieve his wandering puppies, discovering things about Ed and Stede's relationship and his own past along the way.
