* There Was a Reason I Collided Into You (Rated Teen, RM/Taehyung, 46k) Non-Idol AU in which newly divorced!Namjoon meets V at a club. The gist of the fic is RM getting over his insecurity of dating someone much younger. In the fic, RM is 42 while V is 25.

FWIW, Yoongi and Jin are also in their early 40s but Hobi is 30 (iirc)? Oh, and maknae line is 25 for reasons. IDK, hahah.

ANYWAYS, I really liked the way that the author wrote abt Vmon's dynamic, their respective friendships, what everyone was doing instead of being idols, and tons of little details of life in Korea. Even though Joonie drove me batty with his "but I don't think V likes me THAT WAY because I'M OLD", I still rec this story cuz it had a lot of lulz.

omg the sope one, the fact that the sun and clouds also have expressions elevates the cuteness even further.

And wow at the untitled JK piece. I recently had the chance to try out traditional Japanese calligraphy, so I'm currently very aware of just how hard it is to make such neat and purposeful brush strokes. I'm in absolute awe!!

Yeah, the Sope fanart is ADORBS as hell. ;___;

And, yes, the JK piece was so striking due to how simple it might look like at first, but (like you said) there's purpose in those few strokes!
