Two MDZS/Untamed fic recs from me today with the accidental theme of canon divergence:

a bird in your teeth by Eevee (ChaosBitch) (62k)
Summary Snippet: Using the Yiling Laozu's notes to bring Jiang Yanli back turns out to be the best worst mistake Xue Yang has ever made. (Interesting and quite different canon divergent fic with Jiang Yanli/Xue Yang and background Wangxian)

Summary: After Wei Wuxian dies, he realizes that he has the unique ability to communicate with the living, and he uses this power to help other spirits move on. (A short canon divergent fic about what might have been during WWX's time during the 13 years he was dead and how it changes things once he returns)
