FIC

* Growing toward the sun by Nevaeh (Mature, RM/Taehyung, 11.1k) -
Non-Idol AU. Endgame ship is Vmon, but there are other (non-romantic and temporary) ships that do occur in the fic.

V is a closeted gay office worker who uses a v. specific hookup app that is set up to have anonymous encounters. One day, he accidentally reveals his face while trying to get busy with [CHARACTER THAT I'M NOT SPOILING]. Despite nothing bad happening, he does get spooked and decides to stop using the app. One day, he meets Hobi (who runs an informal queer group meet-up thing.)

Some time later, he gets a message from one of the guys from the app asking him if he's OK cuz he hasn't been around...

This is a really well-written fic abt how queer ppl will be queer even in a hardcore conservative country. V does have some internal homophobia (that he will eventually deal with in the fic). I loved him and also Namjoon (the most overthinker who has ever overthought in the history of the world, LOL.)
