Long fic:
Wolves And Sheep by Cacophonia (34K) - Murderbot is afflicted by a mind-altering substance that turns it into an actual killer robot hunting its teammates, and then everyone (including Murderbot) has to deal with the aftermath of that.

Disposable by garvet (22K) - Murderbot takes Gurathin with it on a mission to a junkyard planet in which it needs a human ally, and it takes Gurathin because it knows the mission is very dangerous and believes that he's the one person it knows who is technically expendable because it wouldn't be devastated if he died. It is so, so, SO wrong about that, as they find out as they both end up trying to out-expendable each other. (Also contains a bonus small cute fauna. A cat, possibly?)

The Long Emergency by murderbot (56K) - This is the one non-gen rec in this set (Murderbot/Gurathin, explicit) in case that's not your cup of tea, but I'm reccing it primarily for the fantastic survival/rebuilding/getting-to-know-each-other sequences. The mission in the first book goes off the rails in a different way, and the group are forced to survive on the planet while waiting for help to come .... for years. Just A+++ survival sequences and detailed sci-fi alien planet worldbuilding, while a very skittish Murderbot gets to know its human teammates under stress.

Re-Initialization by CompletelyDifferent (38K) - Later-canon fic in which Murderbot loses all its memories and has to be rebuilt from the ground up. (This one's really more about Murderbot and everyone, or Murderbot and itself, but there are some very neat sequences with Gurathin in there, and it's just really well written/well put together and great teamfic.)

(Ditto for not really *that* much about Murderbot and Gurathin, but their scenes are incredibly neat and the teamfic is just A+++.)
