FANART

* Seokjin/Taehyung by yellowjay9592 - A Seokjin/Taehyung cute fanart based on the promo BTS did for the Winter Package (a vlog and photobook). Context for the ppl who don't know: the photoshoot for that promo was retro!BTS (think mid-70s to late 80s).


* Untitled Jungkook portrait by tailsbee050 - A striking piece based on Jungkook's interview for Weverse magazine. Not only has the artist done a tremendously awesome job in portraying Jungkook, but they've added a lot of subtle details that enhance the portrait.


* Eyeshadow fanart based on the solo performances for "Map of the Soul: ON:E. Intro:Persona, Interlude: Shadow, My Time, Filter, Moon, Inner Child, and Outro: Ego
By elizg97 - Lisssssssen, even if you've got 0 idea of BTS or kpop in general, this set of makeup fanart is AMAZING. There are are side-by-side comparisons with stills from the concert. My personal fave is the "Filter" one because of the AMAZING detail in it.



FICS


* What's Mine is Mine by literallies (Mature, Seokjin/Jungkook, 2.7k) - Jungkook woos Seokjin by being a brat. The author has done a fabulous job of reinterpreting the push-and-pull dynamic between Jungkook and Seokjin IRL while adding a romantic twist to it.


* Clementines by almostsophie1 (General audiences, pre-Yoongi/Taehyung, 1.8k) - In this Non-Idol AU, Yoongi is on a train back to Daegu to visit his family. He isn't in the best of moods, but then meets a handsome guy who is also on his way to Daegu.

This is a quiet, slice-of-life type of fic that ends on a v. strong and hopeful note. It gave me tons of feels.


* feel your thumbs press into my skin again (welcome * home) by aileron (Mature, Taehyung/Jungkook/Yoongi, 10.7k) - Non-Idol AU in which music teacher!Yoongi stays over at artist!Taehyung and IT security guy!Jungkook's home. And then gets seduced in the coziest way possible, LOL.

There's a mellow vibe throughout this story that gives the reader nice and warm feelings.

Summary: After the thermos was delivered, the tension of a hundred years of fear and pain crackled between them like fireworks. Then it snapped, popping and sizzling, catching flame in a burst of desire. They hadn’t even made it under the sheets this time.
Reccer's Note: This fic ponders what if Aziraphale and Crowley had been having sex all along, but they don't realize that the other's feelings go so much deeper than the physical. The author describes it as porn with feelings, which it basically is. This takes place after Aziraphale gave Crowley the thermos of holy water, so there is a lot of worrying and anxiety on Aziraphale's part. The whole thing has a rather bittersweet feel to it.

An interesting short fic about the paintings Hardison painted of the rest of the crew (because why not?).

An excellent missing scene from The Carnival Job. Eliot h/c of course. :)

Paradigm Shift by Karios (5935 words)
A really amazing AU where Nate dies instead of Sam… and Maggie ends up leading Team Leverage. Funny and poignant in parts, this one was definitely the perfect finish to my Leverage reading this evening!


Don't know if I'll be able to post any recs for the next couple of weeks, what with moving and all - but I'll try to be back before 2021. :)
