Than this might be the fic for you. Seriously this fun fic gives us Anthony's backstory, and finds a way to incorporate the Threshold babies!

Ihni what any of that means, but Threshold Day sure sounds fun. ^___^

Threshold day is a made up fandom day that celebrates what many consider to be the worst episode in the Star Trek: Voyager canon "Threshold", where two of the main characters got changed into giant salamanders and had salamander babies. It is one of those episodes that is so bad it is good.
