Sorry to be a day late! I've been rereading LindaO's Chaos universe in the Person of Interest fandom. Many of the stories can stand alone, but it's best read in order. I don't agree with all of her characterizations, but she's come up with a couple of very good OCs and she gets the Carter-Fusco and Finch-Reese relationships very, very right.
