Every Thursday, we have a community post, just like this one, where you can drop a rec or five in the comments.

This works great if you only have one rec and don't want to make a whole post for it, or if you don't have a DW account, or if you're shy. ;)

(But don't forget: you can deffo make posts of your own seven days a week. ;D!)

Apologies if this one has been recced before -- it's been in my to-read for a while and I can't remember where I found it. I think it was through browsing bookmarks of a fave author, but can't be sure... either way, it's definitely good enough to warrant a second rec! :)

Precisely When Somebody Shows You to the Ocean by sinkingmyships (Yoongi/Seokjin, M, 21k)

In which Yoongi is a marine biologist, Seokjin is a mermaid, and every last word is an absolute delight.

There is also a little epilogue fic (G, 3k) by the same author, which is equally wonderful and well worth a read if you liked the original.
